Welcome to SHORE Static Home Owners Club | A club that brings owners together with everything that makes ownership even better
Updated: Oct 4
Owning a static caravan is about much more than a set of keys and a pitch number.
It’s that first cup of tea on the decking. The familiar faces you look forward to seeing.
Opening the door on a Friday evening and knowing you can finally put your feet up. It’s having a little corner of the coast, countryside or lakeside that you can return to and make your own.
That’s the feeling behind SHORE Static Home Owners Club. And, for our first blog post, it seems only right to start by saying welcome.

A club static caravan owners that love their holiday home
Everyone enjoys their caravan a little differently. You might head over every weekend, spend much of the summer there or prefer a quieter visit once the school holidays are over.
Perhaps yours is the place where the whole family gathers. Or somewhere you go for a bit of peace, a long walk and a meal you don’t have to rush.
However you spend your time away, SHORE has been created to help you get more from it.
We’re starting on the Lincolnshire coast, bringing together a growing circle of static caravan and lodge owners, exclusive member benefits and connections to local services.
Some benefits will help you look after your holiday home. Others will give you more to enjoy while you’re there. We want them to be things you’ll actually use, chosen with owners in mind.
The aim of SHORE is simple: bring useful local services and member benefits together in one place, with static caravan owners at the centre.
This is not just about offers. It is about belonging to something that feels relevant, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
The little things that mean a lot
A holiday home becomes personal very quickly.
Your favourite mug finds its cupboard. The dog knows the way to the beach. There’s a blanket for chilly evenings and a pack of cards (or iPad!) that comes out when it rains. Before long, you’ve made friends, found your favourite breakfast spot and worked out which chippy is worth queuing for.
These little things are a big part of why static home owners love ownership. Along with the birthdays, family weekends and evenings outside on in the arcades that nobody wants to end.
SHORE is here to celebrate all of that and give owners a friendly club of their own.

More on your doorstep
Getting to know the local area is part of the pleasure of coming back.
There’s always another café to try, somewhere different to take the kids, or a local business you’re pleased someone told you about.
And when you need help with your caravan, it’s useful to know which services operate nearby and understand holiday home life.
We want to make those connections easier, bringing local services and member benefits together in one place. It’s also a chance to support the businesses that help make our favourite holiday spots what they are.
Here on the SHORE blog, we’ll share club news, local discoveries, owners’ stories and updates on new benefits.
Join us from the beginning
We’re busy behind the scenes speaking to businesses and arranging more benefits specifically for static caravan and lodge owners. Over the winter, we’ll be growing the club, ready to give you even more to enjoy when the 2027 season begins.
But you can become part of SHORE now.
Join as one of our first Founding Members and receive your exclusive SHORE card, ready to start saving with the member offers already available. You’ll also be among the first to hear about new benefits as they’re added.
Founding membership is just £25 for your first year, then £29 a year on renewal. With offers on things you're likely to spend on anyway, we're confident you'll find that your membership soon pays for itself and more... It just makes sense!
Whether you’ve owned your holiday home for twenty years or have only just collected the keys, we’d love to welcome you.
